In this research they asked , we asked ECEC educators about their colleagues with semi-structured interviews and a national questionnaire survey (921 respondents). The qualitative content analysis of the answers revealed the main features of the ideal child educator.
According to the self-reports, the most determining qualities are providing emotional resources (e.g., warmth, availability), showing real interest, mature personality and psychical well-being, good communication and interpersonal skill and theoretical-practical professional knowledge.
